  1. Avail of your discount:
    • The discount indicated on the coupon can only be applied to one (1) pack of the select Huggies product. It will NOT be applicable to the entire basket (if more than one pack of the select Huggies product is purchased at one time), or to other sizes/pack counts of the brand.
    • Use only one coupon per transaction.
    • Coupon cannot be used in combination with other promos in Mercury Drug.
  2. Enter the raffle draw:
    • Fill up the required details on the spaces allotted on the coupon before placing it in the dropbox.Ensure the following details are indicated - first name, surname, complete address, mobile number, OR number and date of redemption.Signature must be affixed to express agreement to KCPI’s privacy policy.Keep the tape receipt as proof of purchase. Use all six coupons for more chances to win!
    • Raffle entries are considered valid ONLY if details are complete. Deadline for entries is July 31, 2019, 11:59 PM.
    • Grand raffle draw will take place on August 14, 2019, 1:00 PM at Idea1 Head Office.
    • Winners will be contacted by representatives of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc.
  3. Win prizes:
    • GRAND WINNER

      One (1) winner of a bank check worth PHP50,000.00 to be issued by Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. once winner is drawn.

    • CONSOLATION PRIZES

      Five (5) winners of 6 months’ worth of Huggies diapers, equivalent to Php 5,000 – 1 winner each from North Luzon, South Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao. The winners may choose which of the participating Huggies SKU (as listed) they want to avail worth Php 5,000.

  4. Terms and Conditions
    • As a condition, participants hereby represent and warrant that:
      1. They are of at least 18 years of age, and if they are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian has accepted the terms of Use on their behalf.
      2. They currently reside in the Philippines.
    • Who are eligible to use the discount coupons?
      1. Any customer with valid coupons from the Huggies’ nationwide hospital sampling program.
    • When can I redeem the discounts?
      1. Discount coupons are valid until September 30, 2020.
    • When does the promotion end?
      1. Discount coupons are valid from April 15, 2019 until September 30, 2020, but the submission of raffle entries will only be until 11:59pm of July 31, 2019.
      2. Discount not claimed within the redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of Kimberly Clark Philippines, Inc with prior approval of DTI.
    • Where can I drop off my raffle entries?
      1. Valid raffle entries can be dropped off at the designated drop boxes located inside select MDC branches.
    • When is the raffle draw?
      1. Raffle draw will be held at Idea1 Head Office at 2nd Floor PARC Plaza Bldg., 183 E. Rodriguez Jr., Ave., Libis, Quezon City, 1110, Metro Manila on August 14, 2019 at 1:00pm, with representatives from Mercury Drug, Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., and the Department of Trade and Industry.
    • Who will pay the 20% tax for all prizes exceeding 10,000?
      1. Kimberly Clark will shoulder the 20% tax for all prizes exceeding P10,000..
    • Who are disqualified from the promo?
      1. Use of non-original coupons (i.e. photocopies/replicas) will automatically disqualify customers from the raffle draw.
      2. Employees of Kimberly Clark Philippines, Mercury Drug Corp. and the third-party agency, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
    • How many times a customer can win?
      1. Customer can only win once. If a name is drawn once, he/she gets the prize of higher value. Note: All non-winning entries for the consolation prize draw will be included in the grand prize raffle draw.
    • Notification of winners
      1. All winners will be notified via phone call and registered mail.
    • Where to claim the prize?
      1. For provincial winners, prizes will be sent directly to their home address via courier.
      2. For NCR winners, prizes can be claimed in the KCPI’s third party agency head office located at 2F Parc Plaza Bldg., 183 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. Libis, Quezon City. Note: NCR winners will shoulder other expenses (food, transportation, etc.) that will be incurred during the pick-up and claiming of prizes.
    • What to present when claiming prizes?
      1. To claim the prize, all winners must present two (2) valid government-issued IDs (Passport, Voter's ID, SSS, TIN ID, Drivers' License, Senior' CitizensID, etc.) and their Mercury Drug Store tape receipt.
      2. If the winner is below 18 years of age, a parent or a legal guardian with two (2) valid government -issued IDs must accompany them when claiming.
      3. In an event that the winner does not posses any valid ID, an affidavit of declaration will be signed by the winner as witnessed by the third-party agency. The said document will be notarized by Kimberly Clark Philippines.
    • Until when can I redeem my prize?
      1. All raffle prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of notification. Otherwise, such will be forfeited in favor of Kimberly Clark Philippines, Inc. with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
    • Kimberly Clark Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to publish and/or broadcast any winners' names, addresses, photos and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation to the winners.
