Huggies BiritANNE Challenge
Promo Period: May 25, 2022 to June 30, 2022
The Huggies BiritANNE Challenge promo event will run from May 25, 2022 to June 30, 2022. PER DTI FAIR TRADE PERMIT NO. .FTEB_SERIES OF 2022
Promo is open to all participants who are 18 years old and above, currently residing in or is a citizen of the Philippines.
Participants must use the official #HuggiesBiritANNEChallenge filter on TikTok and sing along to the BiritANNE song. A segment of the song will only be instrumental, and the participants shall sing the segment on their own. Participants must clearly show and use the BiritANNE mic included in their purchased Huggies Dry Pants diaper packs while singing.
In order for the participant’s video to successfully qualify for this promo, all of the following criteria must be met:
- The video must show the use of the official #HuggiesBiritANNEChallenge filter on TikTok.
- The participant’s TikTok post must be public until the end of the promo duration.
- The video must clearly show the participants using the Huggies BiritANNE mic in the TikTok video – BiritANNE mics are included for free with every purchase of Huggies Dry Pants Big packs in select supermarkets nationwide and Huggies Dry Pants Big bundles on Lazada and Shopee.
- The caption of the video must include the hashtag: #HuggiesBiritANNEChallenge and the Huggies Philippines’ TikTok account (@HuggiesPhilippines) must be tagged.
- The video must be submitted via the online form.
Contest Mechanics
To qualify for the contest, participants must fill out an online form to submit their official entry. Each participant is required to fill up the following details:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Address
- TikTok User ID
- Link to TikTok video entry
- Baby’s diaper size
*Note that
- All fields are required to be filled in, in order to submit the entry.
- Only entries registered via the online form will be considered for this promotion.
- Only videos posted within the promo duration date will be qualified for this promotion.
Participants will receive an automated email confirming that their submission using the hashtag #HuggiesBiritANNEChallenge on their public TikTok feed post was received.
By officially registering their entry on the online form, the participant also gives their consent that their TikTok video/s can be used for marketing purposes for this promo, including but not limited to, using clips of the videos or screenshots of their entries for marketing materials for this promo.

Deadline for submission of entries: Until June 30, 2022 at 11:59 PM.
Judging Schedule: July 11, 2022
Announcement of Winners: July 18, 2022

Participants may submit or post more than one entry as long as each entry is registered on the form. However, a participant may only win once. If a participant gets chosen more than once, they will be ranked according to their entry with the higher score.
Note that KCPI shall pay the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000.
Judging Mechanics
All valid submissions will be judged on July 11, 2022, with the presence of a DTI representative.
Valid entries will be consolidated and judged against the set criteria: 50% post caption, 40% photo/video quality, and 10% compliance to rules.

If there is a tie in the top scores, a randomizer will be used to determine the winner. The entry considered a contender for winner but was not selected will become the runner up.
20 Diaper Winners shall be chosen via online randomizer as a raffle.
Winners will be announced in the Huggies Philippines Facebook Page on July 18, 2022 and they will be contacted by KCPI representatives via registered mail, phone call, and email.
Winners must send back a valid ID to the representatives to confirm their identification.
Winners will have their prize delivered to their confirmed address within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification and will have to show a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
Failure to reply to representatives or show proof of identity within sixty (60) days from receipt of official message will result in forfeiture of their prize subject to prior approval from DTI.
Promo is open to all participants who are 18 years old and above, currently residing in or is a citizen of the Philippines. Employees of Kimberly-Clark Philippines Inc. and its advertising agency partners are not eligible to join the contest as well as their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Employees of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. and Ogilvy & Mather Philippines (referred to collectively as “Organizers of the Promotion”) and other official media partners and sponsors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining.
The Participants shall hold the organizers of the Promotion free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion as well as the statements and declarations made by participant in relation to the Promotion;
- The Participant will share his or her personal information to Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and their authorized third party agencies, as may be required for the purpose of participating in this Promotion, as well as any promotional activities in digital media, any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. or any of its products.
- For these purposes, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of her personal information which shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and the Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. Notice, which can be accessed at https://www.kcprofessional.com.ph/privacy-statement. Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential. The extent of the collection and processing shall be necessary and incidental to the performance of the purposes provided above;
- Organizers of the Promotion may, without further compensation to participant: (i) reproduce, distribute, adapt, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this Promotion, including Participant’s submissions/entries, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (ii) authorize any of the above activities; and
- Organizers of the Promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of this Promotion including but not limited to advertising materials and Participant’s submissions/entries.
By joining and participating in the Promotion, those qualified and interested to join the Promotion hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that he or she has read the full mechanics of this Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.
Participant warrants that he/she will not violate any rights including intellectual property rights of any third party. Participant further warrants that the video she will submit as Entry to the Promo are of themselves only.
Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to determine the suitability of the entries at its discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be incomplete, ineligible, or inappropriate with concurrence of DTI.
